The European Union Continues to Handle Crisis

The 16th of May has been marked by a set of major decisions in the EU headquarters about further measures to handle and ease the crisis in the most troublesome countries at the present moment – measures including granting serious bail-outs and financial burden release payments for Greece, Portugal, and the Irish Republic. The event is truly historical since the economic crisis of the beginning of the 21st century is still too fiercely attacking many European countries, and Greece together with Portugal seem to be not able to handle it alone.

As Jean Claude Juncker announced on the 16th of May, he was awaiting a serious privatization reform in Greece that should be unleashed immediately, and was expected to yield about 50 billion euro to save the country’s economy. The 78 billion euro bail-out for the economy of Portugal has also been appointed at this meeting of the European UnionCouncil. The help for struggling countries will arrive in Lisbon in about a week, according to Chris Morris’s information (the BBC reporter). I am so fascinated with the unity of countries in their struggle with the crisis that I am seriously inclined to order essays or even purchase essay about this issue. I am sure that re-profiling or even major restructuring of Greek economy as forecast by the European Union analysts will give positive results and will mark the national recovery for this seriously damaged country.
